Creating Your Hisab Account

Welcome to Hisab! Getting started is easy and takes just a few minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up

1. Visit hisabapp.com
2. Click "Get Started"
3. Enter your email address
4. Create a secure password
5. Verify your email address

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After signing up, you'll need to complete your company profile:

• Company Name: Your legal business name as registered
• NIF Number: Your Numéro d'Identification Fiscale
• RC Number: Your Registre de Commerce number
• Article d'Imposition (AI): Your tax article number
• Address: Your complete business address
• Phone Number: Your business contact number
• Logo: Upload your company logo (optional but recommended)

Important: Double-check your NIF number - it appears on every invoice you create.

Step 3: Configure Invoice Settings

Set up your default invoice preferences:

• Default Currency: DZD (Algerian Dinar)
• Invoice Number Format: Customize your numbering (e.g., FAC-2024-0001)
• Default Tax Rate: Usually 19% for most services
• Payment Terms: Standard payment period (e.g., Net 30)
• Footer Text: Add bank details or legal notices

Step 4: Choose Your Plan

Hisab offers plans to fit your needs. All plans include a 14-day free trial - no credit card required.

Next Steps

Once your account is set up:

• Navigate the dashboard
• Add your first customer
• Create your first invoice
